TVS Series is a CCTV pipe video inspection system, it has control unit, cable reel unit, crawler(s) and camera(s) units. The crawler with PTZ camera, walking in the pipe, can record the high definition inspection video and store it into the control unit. When a defect in the pipe is identified, you can type text onto the screen and the default information is overlaid on the video. The real time information of the crawler status can be displayed by adjusting the functional buttons, including pitch angle, internal pressure, pipe distance, work date and time, contractor and operator, etc. The preloaded software is available to edit and store the on-jobsite inspection video. and also available to create an inspection report automatically. The system is easy to operate and offers complete functionality for pipe video inspection.

Features
This system can inspect pipe diameter ranging from DN150mm to 800mm (6”-32”) by equipped with different parts and optional parts.
The crawler and camera apply specific structural design with a good water sealing and suitable for inspection up to 10m (33ft) under water with rating IP68.
The crawler is driven by two motors with four wheels, which has a very strong capacity to pass the obstacles.
The PTZ camera is equipped with high definition color camera with noise ratio no more than 50dB.
The front and rear camera have the light equipped with the adjustable level according to the pipe diameter.
